Help A Horse Organization helps homeless pets at shelters or rescues find the loving families they deserve. We do not charge any fee when we post animals. Help A Horse was established in December of 2006 and is dedicated to Legacy, the horse that inspired the start of the Help A Horse Organization.
Help A Horse works with many equine and canine rescues around the country. We have rescued our own animals, but we do not put them up for adoption. Our organization hopes to educate the public about proper animal care. Help A Horse has gotten many animals adopted.

We post any animals from owners, rescues, or shelters. We do NOT support breeders, breeding facilities, or puppy mills. We've had bad experiences with breeders, so you will not find any of them on our website. Breeders contribute to the overpopulation problem.
This movie was created by a volunteer, Juli. It's a really good video and was created to persuade people to stop breeding and start rescuing.
